OBITUARY: Ila Mary (Jensen) Winkels, 1923-2002, Mitchell County, Iowa

                            Ila Mary Winkels

Funeral services were held for Ila Mary Winkels, 79, of Meyer, IA on
Friday, Jan. 3, 2003 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Meyer, IA. Reverend
Mark Reasoner officiated. Burial was in the Sacred Heart Cemetery,
Meyer, IA. Ila died Monday, Dec. 30, 2002 at Mercy Medical Center North
Iowa, Mason City, IA.

Ila was born on August 7, 1923 in Wells, MN to Andrew and Ingeborg
(Hermanson) Jensen. She married Lambert Winkels on November 8, 1975.

Preceding her in death were her parents, one sister Eleanor Musser and one
brother Don Jensen.

Survivors include her husband Lambert of Meyer, IA, one daughter Joan Gasset
of Nisswa, MN, three sons Jerry Brandt of Wells, MN, Bob Brandt of Grand
Marais, MN and Steve Brandt, address unknown, four step-children, Katherine
Williams of Oskaloosa, Virginia Boerjan of McIntire, Linda Taylor of
Birmingham, IA, Keith Winkels of Meyer, 10 grandchildren, seven
great-grandchildren, two sisters Rosmund Miller of Wells, MN and Carol Mast
of Mason City, IA.

Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home of St. Ansgar, IA had charge of arrangements.
