Walker – Layfield

To a very large circle of friends the announcement of the marriage of Miss
Carrie Walker and Mr. T.F. Layfield, which occurred yesterday afternoon at the
home of Mrs. George Jarrell, sister of the bride, near Carsonville, will be of
much interest.

The bride is one of the county’s best women and will preside with queen grace
over the good home to which she goes.

Mr. Layfield is Treasurer of Taylor County, and is a man of much influence in
the county and one who has always been successful in business.

The Herald extends hearty congratulations and best wishes.
