Book A. page 202 James T. Ellis Admr. of Thomas Ellis It appearing to the court that Thomas Ellis late of said county deseased died leaving a will by which said will Tilman Seagraves & Radford Ellis are appointed Executors. And that Radford Ellis resides out of this state and Tilman Seagraves declines to act as executor and it further appearing to the court that James T. Ellis has petitioned the court to be appointed administrator with the will -----------said estate and the usual citation having been published and no objection having been filed. It is ordered by the court that the James T. Ellis be and he is hereby appointed administrator with the will annexet upon his giving bond and security in the sum of sixteen thousand dollars, with T.J. Ellis and James W. ---------securities and said bond, and that letters issued to him accordingly. Georgia Spalding County To the ordinary of said county James T. Ellis shews that he is a citizen of the county and of lawful age that Thos. Ellis died in this county and left an estate in lands & negroes worth about sixteen thousand dollars petitioner makes application for adminstration with the will annexand makes this application as friend of deseased James T.
