In the name of God Amen, I Mary GLENN of the County of Oglethorpe and State of Georgia, being at this time in ordinary good health, thanks be to God for the same, and being desirous to make a distribution of the property that I am possessed of, do make and ordain this my last will & testament in manner and form following to wit, Item 1st: I wish all my just debts paid and my body decently buried. Item 2nd: My wish and desire is that my estate both real and personal of all and every kind be divided into seven equal parts by sale or division as my Executors may think best, Item 3rd: I give and bequeath unto my son William GLENN one seventh part of my Estate, Item 4th: I give unto my daughter Sarah A. ORR, one seventh part of my Estate during her life, and at her death to be divided among the Heirs of her body, Item 5th: I give unto my daughter Catherine T. WISE one seventh part of my estate during her natural life, and at her death to go to the Heirs of her body, Item 6th: I give unto my daughter Martha J. HARTSFIELD one seventh part of my estate during her natural life and at her death to go to the Heirs of her body, Item 7th: I give unto my grand children by my daughter Lucy HAM one seventh part of my Estate, Item 8th: I give unto my grand children by my daughter Susan Ann GIBSON one seventh part of my Estate, Item 9th: I give unto my grand children by my daughter Mary B. HOWARD, one seventh part of my estate. Item 10th: I Hereby appoint my son William GLENN Jr. and my son in Law Berry HARTSFIELD my true and lawful Executors to this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other will made by me.
