This indenture made this the Twenty sixth day of
November Eighteen Hundred and fifty Between Pleasant
Bellamy of the one part & Elias B Murray of the
other part all of the county & state aforesaid
witnesseth that the said Bellamy for & in the
consideration of the sum of four hundred & fifty
dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing &
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath this day bargained sold and
conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Murray his heirs and
assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate
lying and being in said county on the waters of
Nails Creek adjoining _____ Mongrum & others
containing one hundred & fifty acres more or less &
being apart of a tract of land granted to Richard
Bellamy bounded as followes by the meanders of a
branch running south directly through the planation
of said land lying east of said Branch with all &
singular the rights members & appertainances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to
the same to the & Murray his heirs & assigns and the
said Pleasant Bellamy will warrant & defend the
right & title of said tract of land unto the said
Murray his heirs & assigns forever in feesimple
against the claim of himself his heirs Executors
administrators & assigns & against the claim of all
other persons whatever claiming the same

In witness whereof the said Pleasant Bellamy has set
his hand and seal signed sealed and delivered in
presence of day & year above written
