STATE OF GEORGIA, ELBERT COUNTY.

TO ANY MINISTER OF THE GOSPEL, JUDGE OF SUPERIOR COURT, OR JUSTICE OF THE PEACE,
TO CELEBRATE:

You are hereby authorized and permitted to join in the Honorable State of Matrimony
Mr. Truman Witcher and Miss Sula Dunn according to the rites of your Church,
provided there be no lawful cause to obstruct the same, according to the
Constitution and laws of this State, and for so doing this shall be your
sufficient license.
    Given under my hand and seal, this 18  day of June    1921
