Jackson Progress – Week of September 6, 1895
Heard – Andrews

Mr. Troy Heard, who lives near our own, was married this afternoon at 2 o’clock
at the residence of Mr. W. H. Smith.   The bride was Miss Sallie Andrews, the
lovely daughter of Mr. W. P. Andrews, of Jasper county.  A dozen or more friends
of the young couple witnessed the ceremony, which was performed by Rev. Jesse Mays.
