1887, June 6--- This Indenture made between Charles H. Roach unto James M. 
Merrell, James G. Chitty,
L.W. Lee, A.M. Banks and C.H. Roach, Trustees all of Bulloch County.  For and 
in consideration of the sum of $5 dollars surley sold unto the said Merrell, 
Chitty, Lee, Banks and Roach as Trustees, assigns 1 acre for School purposes  
to wit, lying and being in the 48th Dist GM, Bulloch County and bounded North 
by C.H. Roach, South by the Estate of A.B. Chitty, East by C.H. Roach, West by 
J.G. Chitty.

   A.G. Waters
   William Waters, J.P.
