Whereas-- during the regular term of the Court of Ordinary, Bulloch County, the 
Honorable Allen R. Lanier granted William Homer Blitch as the administrator of 
all the Estate of Benjamin L. Newton, late of said county deceased, to sell as 
tract of land  containing 2721 acres but shown by survey to contain 1429 4/5 
acres, did sell at public auction and was bid off by Daniel R. Groover and 
Thomas H. Potter as follows;
Lot # 1	$100 dollars
Lot # 2	$400 dollars
Lot # 3	$355 dollars
Lot # 4 	$176 dollars
Lot # 5	$410 dollars

1886, May 26--- This Indenture made between William Homer Blitch as the 
administrator unto Daniel R. Groover and Thomas H. Potter, all of Bulloch 
County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1441 dollars.
Witnesses:							s/ W.H. Blitch
   W.B. Johnson							       Admr. of 
Benjamin L. Newton
   S.J. Williams, NP							deceased
