Little Lotts Creek-Alderman Mill

1878, January 5--- This Indenture made between David Alderman unto James B. 
Rushing and James B. Alderman, all of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration 
of the sum of $700 dollars, did sell and convey all the water privileges and 
Grist Mill, also 50 acres lying below said mill, all of which is lying and 
situate on Little Lotts Creek and known as the Alderman Mill in the 1209th 
district G.M of Bulloch County.
The said James B. Rushing and James B. Alderman agrees and binds themselves to 
do all grinding and ginning for the said David Alderman toll free.
