Little Items of State Interest

Macon – The excitement attendant upon the state fair was apparently too much 
for 14- year-old W.T. Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. J.H.C. Williams, for when 
the lad returned home from the fair grounds late at night he was seized with an 
attack of heart failure and died a few minutes later.  The boy had taken 
several rides on the “joy ride’ and had expressed fear during the flights of 
Miss Katherine Stinson, who looped the loop, that her machine might dash her to 
death.
