Services will be held Monday at 4 p.m. in Macon Memorial Park. The Rev. Bill Smith will officiate. -Mrs. Cook, daughter of the late Albert and Lucy Parker Phillips, was born in Manchester. She lived in Thomaston and Hogansville before moving to Macon, where she lived most of her life. She attended Upson County and Bibb County schools, was a homemaker and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. -Survivors include her husband, Claud P. Cook of Macon; a daughter, Barbara T. Payne of Newnan; two sons, James F. Thomas and Richard D. Thomas, both of Macon; a step-son, Robert Cook of Warner Robins; five grandchildren, Cindy T. Jarrard and Elizabeth L. Thomas, both of Macon; Richard J. Thomas, M.D., of Charlottesville, VA; Terry Payne, Tammy P. Richardson and Tony Payne, all of Newnan; and five great- grandchildren. -Visitation will be Sunday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. -Snow's Memorial Chapel on Cherry Street has charge of arrangements.
