Skip Peavey, 57, of Webster. Survivors include his wife, Patricia; son, Donald 
of Long Island City, N.Y.; mother, Kathleen Donovan of Oswego; five sisters, 
Paula Stevens, Ann Bailey and Donna Reeves, all of Oswego, Donna Spears of 
Fulton, N.Y., and Carla Elen of San Antonio, Fl.; and four brothers, Daniel 
Loftus and Carl Loftus, both of Oswego, Patrick Loftus of Bowie, Md., and 
David Loftus of Mexico, N.Y.

Additional Comments:
He was a mental health worker for the state of Mew York and was an avid ham 
radio operator.
