Barroll, nee Miss Lizzie Brady, wife of Lieut. Henry H. Barroll of the U.S. Navy, died at Altamonte, Orange County, Florida on the 6th of February. Our readers will no doubt learn with regret of the death of this estimable lady, who, together with her sister, Miss Alice Brady, visited this city four years ago and were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis D. Allen, Jr. This lady was of the most pleasant and charming as well as one of the most beautiful and was admired by many of the opposite as well as of her own sex. There seems to have been a strange fatality in this family, which originally belongs to Kentucky [.] The mother, is still living and daughters all being dead, and an only son left to mourn their loss. Additional Comments: Her sister Alice Barry Brady died of pneumonia on October 16, 1882 in Monroe, LA at 28 years old. Their parents were M.B. and Mary E. Brady of West Baton Rouge Parish. Alice is buried in New Orleans, LA. File at: http://files.usgwarchives.org/fl/orange/obits/b/barroll2ob.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/flfiles/ File size: 1.6 Kb
