Fletcher Barnett were married in Appling County, Georgia, on or about the 28 day of Jan. 1862, that deponent was present at said marriage and wittnessed (sic) the ceremony. Mrs. L. Johnson, as it was so long ago and I was but a child; but I am as well satisfied of their marriage as if I could remember all about it.
