McNeill of Newnansville Florida and Jemima his wife of the first part and Loyal Scranton and William Olmstead of Savannah of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part in consideration of Eight hundred Dollars lawful money to them duly paid, have sold and by these presents do grant and convey to the said party of the second part All that certain piece parcel or tract of Land situate and being in the County of Hamilton Territory of Florida, known by public Survey as the North West quarter of Section Seven, Township One Range Fourteen North & East ___ with the Appurtenances and all of the Estate, title and interest of the said parties of the first part therein This Grant is intended as a Security for the payment of Eight hundred Dollars on or before the first day of April next Agreeably to a Bond bearing even date herewith Which payment if duly made will render this conveyance void & also said bond or Obligation_ In Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands & Seals the day & year first above written Sealed & delivered In presence of A.
