Fernandez all the one undivided fourteen part of a tract of three thousand acres in Coolys Hammock this day conveyed to me by the said Stephen D. Fernandez. To have and to hold the same unto him the said __ Stephen D. Fernandez his heirs and assigns forever Provided however and these presents are subject to the following express conditions, to wit, That if I the said David Levy my heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay according to the tenor thereof of two certain promissory notes this day by me executed to him the said Fernandez one of them for Five hundred dollars payable on the first day of August A.D. 1841, say eighteen hundred and forty one, and the other for the same sum payable on the first day of August 1842, say eighteen hundred and forty two, then this deed to be wholy Void otherwise to remain in full force for the security of said payment Witness my hand and seal this first day of August A.D. 1839.
