AD 1843 Between Malcom Galbreath of the first part and Woodbridge S. Olmsted of the second part, both of the County of Alachua and Territory of Florida Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars paid to the party of the first part before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Do grant Bargain, sell and deliver unto the said party of the second part and by these presents do grant bargain and Sell unto the said party his heirs and assigns forever All that certain Lot of land designated as lot number Seven in Block number four Range number one on the plan of the Town of Newnansville as filed and existing in the Clerks Office of the County Court of Alachua County Aforesaid. Together with all and Singular the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging, To have and to hold to said lot and premises & every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part ___ And the said party of the first part for himself his heirs executors and Administrators do hereby covenant and Agree with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns Against the said party of the first part and his heirs And against all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming Or to claim the same shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents___ In Witness whereof the said party of the first part have hereunto Set his hand and Seal day and year above written.
