County of Duval            Rebecca C Goodrich wife of the within named 
Charles Goodrich Mortgagor this day personally appeared before me the 
undersigned and being privately separately  and appart from said 
husband examined by me Acknowledged and declared that she did of her 
own free will and accord sign subscribe seal and deliver jointly with 
her said husband the within deed foregoing Instrument of Mortgage  With 
the intention thereof to relinquish renounce release give up and quit 
claim to all and singular her right of Dower or of this as of in and to 
all and singular the land and premises in the said deed mentioned 
subject however to the condition therein expressed and that the said 
relinquishment & renunciation of Dower are made freely Voluntarily and 
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her 
said husband
      In witness whereof she the said Rebecca C Goodrich has hereunto 
set hand and Seal
