Dell Administrator of the Estate of Thomas Halladay deceased of the County and Territory aforesaid of the one part, and Charles Goodrich of the same place of the other part Witnesseth That the said Bennet M. Dell for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred & Twelve Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto the said Charles Goodrich his heirs and assigns Three Lots of Land, Situate lying and being in the County aforesaid containing Ten Acres each, being a part of the East half of the south West quarter of Section Eleven Township eight and Range Eighteen South and East, known as lots four, five and six __ To have and to hold said lots of Land unto him the said Charles Goodrich his heirs & Assigns together with all and Singular the Rights members and Appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever ___ And the said Bennet M. Dell for himself his heirs, Executors & Administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said Charles Goodrich his heirs and Assigns, will Warrant and forever defend the Right and title thereof Against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever ___ In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal day and year aforesaid ___ Attest Thomas Colding Bennett M.
