I Hugh Martin after being duly sworn depose and say:

I am 80 years of age, I am the father of Harlie Ovia Martin of the United 
States Navy. Harlie Ovia Martin is tewnty years of age.  I hereby give consent 
for the marriage of my son afore mentioned to Clairie Haddad (Harlie-Ovia-
Martin) Signed, Hugh Martin, Affiant.

Subscribed and sworn before me by Hugh Martin at Gray, Kentucky this November
