Muller, 1899-1963 ============================================================= Thursday, April 18, 1963 edition Wray Gazette" Wray, Colorado Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Wray Christian Church for Noah W. Muller, a well known livestock buyer of Wray. The Rev. G. Arland Johnson officiated at the rites that were followed by interment at Grandview Cemetery. Mr Muller, a son of Armor and Maude Muller, was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska, on March 16, 1899 and died at the Wray Community Hospital on April 15, at the age of 64 years and 29 days. His death followed an illness of several week. When he was six weeks old, the family moved to Lebanon, Kansas. It was in that community that he received his education, grew to manhood and engaged in farming. He was married to Lena Cox and three children were born to them: Loraine (Mrs Victor Harris), Bill and Don. Following the death of his wife in 1925, he and the children lived with his parents. On April 29, 1928, he was married to Princess Beem. In May of the same spring, the Mullers moved to Wray where he lived and took an active part in the life of the community. Mr Muller had been engaged in the livestock business since coming to Wray, and at one time was associated with his brother Clair, in operating the Wray Sale Barn. He had served as a member of the local school board and was a Mason. He became a member of the Christian church at Lebanon and was active in the Wray Christian Church as deacon and member of the church building committee. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, endearing himself to many by his kindly concern for others. Surviving are his wife, Princess, a daughter, Mrs Lorraine Harris, a son, Bill, two sisters Mrs Lenna Ashby of Sterling and Mrs Emma Fleenor of Greeley, and a brother, Clair Muller of Wray.
