OBIT: MCGLOTHLIN, Charles; Wet Mountian Tribune, November 15, 1918 http://files.usgwarchives.org/co/fremont/obits/mcglothlinc.txt Contributed Oct 22, 2001 by: Ann Koch =============================================== Wet Mountain Tribune, November 15, 1918 Pioneer Dead Charles McGlothlin was born in Buchanan county, Mo., in October, 1849 [November 1850]. He moved to this state in 1884 and resided here ever since, the last 16 years being spent at the place of death in the Texas creek valley. He was married in St. Joseph, Mo., in 1875 [1874] and is survived by a widow, Mrs. Phoebe McGlothlin and seven children, five sons and two daughters [all now deceased]. The children are Earl McGlothlin, residing at Phillipsburg [Phippsburg], Colo.; Will and Eddie McGlothlin, residing at Hillside: Arthur McGlothlin, residing at Canon City; Thomas McGlothlin, now serving with the U.S. troops in France; Hattie McCrellis [McCrillis], residing at Pueblo and Lizzie Caughman, residing at Meeker, Colo. Death occurred at Hillside Nov. 8. The funeral, at which Judge M. B.
