Perazzo pbperazzo@comcast.net October 13, 2004, 11:25 pm “Winters Express,” Thursday, April 20, 2000 Robert Elmer Clark Robert Elmer Clark passed away at the David Grant Medical Center in Fairfield, on April 8, 2000, after a short illness. Born Dec. 4, 1938, he was 61 years old. Mr. Clark was a resident of Winters, and was a United States Navy Flight Engineer for 20 years. He was a member of the Eagles-Mountain View, the American Legion and Fleet Reserve. Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, Pauline, of Winters; brothers, Donald, of Rio Rico, Arizona, Richard, of Simi, Raymond, of Sisseton, South Dakota and Warren, of Upland; sisters Mary Howard of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Sandra Howard of Henderson, Nevada. At his request, no services were held. Inurnment will be private. Arrangements were handled by the Vaca Hills Funeral Chapel.
