 The State of Albama/      Know all me b y____
 Tallapoosa County//      present that we JAMES POWERS
 & LUCINDA POWERS wife of the said JAMES POWERS of
 the State & County aforesaid have this day transferred sold
 convey assigned & set over to FRANKLIN FARRAR  of the
 said County & State for the sum of Nine hundred Dollars
 to us in hand paid the receipt whereof we do hereby ack-
 nowledge all our right -------------& claim in to the Estate
 of BARTHOLOMEW TAYLOR late of the county of Meriweth-
 er in te State of GEorgia the same coming to the said
 LUCINDA under & by virtue of the Will of the said
 BARTHOLOMEW TAYLOR her Father consisting of a
 remainder interest in my ____ land & plantation share
 of all kinds _______hold & Kitchen furniture after
 the death of NANCY TAYLOR she having willed to her a
 life estate in said property.
