OBITUARIES:

Mrs. Avis Lynn Taylor

   (BOAZ) Mrs. Avis Lynn Taylor, age 52, of Boaz, formerly of Roanoke, died 
Monday, Aug. 13, 1984, in Boaz-Albertville Hospital, Albertville.
   Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, Aaron Taylor of Boaz; two sisters, 
Mrs. Mevline Adamson and Mrs. Margaret Harlin, both of Roanoke; and one 
brother, Tony Calhoun of Roanoke.
   Funeral services for Mrs. Taylor were conducted Tuesday afternoon at two 
o'clock from Quattlebaum's Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Bernard Fuller and Rev. 
Tommy Gene Young officiating, with burial in Center Chapel Baptist Church 
Cemetery, Roanoke.
   Pallbearers were Barry Harlin, Randal Harlin, Donnie Harlin, Chucky 
Thompson, Dennis Arnett, and R.C. Taylor.
   Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
