STEVENS was stricken with paralysis yesterday morning at his home in Abbeville, Ga., and died at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. He formerly lived in this county, and was a brother of G. W. STEVENS, of Roanoke. The remains will arrive in Roanoke this evening and will be interred at Rock Mills in the morning.
