Hugh LeBaron 2001 State of Alabama-Perry County In the name of God, Amen, I CRAWFORD CROCKER a citizen of Perry County and of the State of Alabama and being in good health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this as my last will and testament. That is to say, first I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, FANNY O. CROCKER, all of my estate real and personal of which I may die seizes or possessed for and during her natural life. The real estate is in the County of Perry and State of Alabama, and is described as follows, to wit: The E 1/2 of the NE 1/4, the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22 Township 21 Range 10. And also, the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the Northwest Section 22, Township 21 Range 10. And I, Crawford Crocker, by this instrument, which is my last will, do appoint Fanny O. Crocker my beloved wife Executrix of this will and testament. And moreover, it is my will for my beloved son, to wit, GEORGE CALVIN CROCKER to have and to hold for his own use and benefit all of the above described real estate. An also, all of the personal property that Fanny O. Crocker my be-loved wife may die seized or possessed, forever. And furthermore, it is my will and my desire for my beloved wife, Fanny O. Crocker, to pay all my funeral expenses and all my just debts as soon after my decease as practicable. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal on this the 19th day of July 1877.
