Charles Christopher Sheats
Born-April 10th 1839 Walker County Alabama
Died-May 27 1904 Morgan County Alabama
Buried  McKendree Cemetery Morgan County Alabama
Son of William Wiley Sheats and Mary Elizabeth Garner Sheats of Winston County.
He was a Representative of Winston County to the Secessionist Covention. He is 
one of the characters in the play at Double Springs
