AL Special Courts Ordered that letters of administration be granted to Rachael Donald and Alexr Donald on the Est. of Hezekiah Donald dec'd and that they give Bond and Security in the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars for the faithful dischage of their duties as such and that Joel Bliss, James Morgan, Jno M Flinn and Saml Dale be approved as their Securities. Ordered also that Wm Mason, Jno Bradford, John J. Bradford, James Dellet and Benj. W Lucas or any three of them, be appointed appraisers of said Est. On the second Monday of Nov. 1816 a Quarum not being formed - no Court of Course - Feb Term 1817 On application to our said Court - Ordered that the former administrator of Rachl Donald and Alexr Donald on the Est of Hezh Donald be null and void and the Bond Cancelled- Ordered that Letters of administration be granted to Jno A Bagby and Rachl Donald on the Est of Hezh Donald Decd and that they give Bond and Secr. in the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars in the faithful discharge of their trust and that Wm W McCornico and John M Flinn, be and they are hereby accepted of as their security. Ordered also that Ms Mason, Jno Bradford, John J. Bradford, James Dellet be appointed appraisers of said Est. p 24.
