Sampley, I give in trust, to them, after my death, all the property I own at my death, after they pay my just debts (taking out what I have deeded to my children) to be by them divided as follows: one fifth to my daughter Sophia and the heirs of her body; one fifth to Belinda, and the heirs of her body; one fifth to Eliza Jane and the heirs of her body; one fifth to Elvira and the heirs of her body. Before dividing the above property, they are to retain in their hands, and pay to the American Tract society two hundred dollars in two annual installments.
