Horton ==================================================================== November 2002 Records of the Administration of the Estate of JAMES JACKSON PROBATE MINUTES, 1871-1875 Pages 498 - 499 Limestone County, Alabama OCTOBER TERM 1873 AMANDA JACKSON Estate of Ward } as to Partial Settlement } This day came RICHARD DALEY, Gdn of said Ward and filed his accounts & vouchers for a partial settlement of said Guardianship: And the Court having examined said accounts & v[ouchers] and found them to be apparently correct the same are now reported for said settlement: It is therefore ordered that the 19th day of November, 1873, be appointed a day to make such partial settlement and that notice of the time & nature of such settlement be given by publication to be made for three successive weeks in the "Limestone News", a newspaper published in this county: It is further ordered that CHAS. M. HAYES be and he is hereby appointed Guardian ad litem to represent & protect the interest of said minor in this proceeding & comes now in open court said HAYES in writing accepts said appointment. 18th Oct, 1873 CLEMENTINE JACKSON, Ward } as to Partial Settlement } This day came RICHD DAILEY, Gdn of said Ward and filed his accounts and vouchers for a partial settlement of said Guardianship: And the Court having examined said accounts & v[ouchers] & found them to be apparently correct, the same are now reported for such settlement.
